If you have time for the 30-mile drive from the Peoria Sports Complex, go visit Lake Pleasant Regional Park. This popular destination is one of the most beautiful natural water recreation areas around.
The 23,362 acre park offers many plenty to do like swimming, hiking, fishing, and picnicking. There’s also a Discovery Center where your team can learn about the animals and plant life native to the area.
Lake Pleasant is a water reservoir and is part of the Central Arizona Project waterway system that brings water from the Lower Colorado River into central and southern Arizona.
