US Bank Stadium – Dining
While US Bank Stadium offers plenty classic dishes expected at an NFL venue, there are so many more eateries to explore. Among the concession stands, those familiar with Minneapolis will see a few recognizable names. Some classic, local chains have brought their beloved fare to all US Bank Stadium guests.
Prairie Dog
If you’re looking for a classic stadium treat, a hot dog might be right up your alley. But Prairie Dog, located in section 122, isn’t your average hot dog stand.
Prairie Dogs makes their artisan dogs with handcrafted sausage and locally raised meats. They’re then generously topped with anything from barbecue pulled pork and onion rings, kimchi and chives, bacon with avocado and tomato, and even potatoes and egg. Even with all those toppings, these meals always include kettle chips. Prairie Dog has taken a general concession and upgraded it for all US Bank Stadium guests.
Ike’s at the Stadium
Locals may recognize Ike’s from its well-known downtown location. The warm, 1940’s-themed restaurant is popular for its burgers and steak sandwiches, quality cocktails, and welcoming environment.
Well, Ike’s has taken that warm atmosphere, miniaturized it, and infused it into US Bank Stadium. At their stands, located in sections 119 and 329, employees freshly carve steak front and center. Guests can’t go wrong with that juicy, signature steak sandwich, or may choose to chow down on a delicious cheeseburger.
Revival
Revival, a popular fried chicken restaurant in Minneapolis, has brought its signature comfort food to US Bank Stadium. They keep it simple: the chicken is dunked in buttermilk and seasoned flour, then fried to a beautiful, golden brown. Revival’s chicken stands out among the rest, and their expertise has been lauded by locals for years.
You can’t go wrong with their classic fried chicken. More adventurous patrons can try the spicy Tennessee Hot, and “seasoned” pros can go full force with the “Poultrygeist.” For a serving of southern charm, head over to Revival in section 111.
AZ Canteen
Andrew Zimmern, a loyal Minnesotan, is a culinary expert and one of the most influential celebrity chefs in the world. His extensive experience in the food realm, from television to national food festivals, has resulted in delicious and versatile dishes now available in section 344 at US Bank Stadium.
After experiencing food markets around the world, Zimmern launched his “canteen” concept, bringing quick and delicious food to not only U.S. Bank Stadium, but neighboring Target Field and Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City. US Bank Stadium features two Andrew Zimmern eateries: Canteen Hoagies and Canteen Rotisserie. Canteen Hoagies serves sandwiches with sausage, beef, roast pork, and Italian meatballs. Canteen Rotisserie dishes out pounds of beef, lamb, pork, and poultry,. They then serve them regularly or as a sandwich.
Market Bar-B-Que
Market Bar-B-Que, a family-owned and operated business, is a Minneapolis staple after serving the city for more than 70 years through its restaurant and food trucks. Its generous operating hours, 11 to 2 a.m., seven days a week, made it well known as the place to get delicious late-night barbecue.
Market Bar-B-Que has two US Bank Stadium locations, one in the Hyundai Club and one in upper level concessions. These stands feature its classic barbecue meats and wholesome, comfort-food sides. Its co-owner, Anthony Polski, was thrilled with the restaurant’s inclusion in the stadium, and locals may be just as excited to see a familiar face within this incredibly popular venue.
Be Graceful Catering
Be Graceful Catering offers not only approachable dishes such as a delicious turkey sandwich with maple-bacon jam, but vegetarian and vegan options as well. These specialty dishes include tacos and sandwiches infused with flavorful meat-free ingredients.
US Bank Stadium guests interested in hand-crafted wraps, sandwiches, and tacos should definitely give Be Graceful Catering, located at 24 Main Concourse and 328 Upper Concourse, a visit.
