One of San Manuel Stadium’s most unique features is its open-air concourse. Unlike most other ballparks, they don’t have to worry about rain in San Bernardino. History buffs will feel right at home at the San Bernardino History & Railroad Museum. This museum’s collection features a variety of unique San Bernardino and railroad-related artifacts. Highlights of the collection include a recreation of a railroad station from the early 1900s, the first automobile operated in San Bernardino, and hundreds of historic photographs.

This educational attraction is located in the century-old San Bernardino Santa Fe Depot two miles from the National Orange Show Event Center. Drive there if you can, since it will only take about 10 minutes and parking is free. Better yet, admission is free also. Just keep in mind that they’re only open from 9 a.m. to noon on Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. First Original McDonald’s Museum

Did you know that San Bernardino was once home to one of the first McDonald’s, opened in 1948? You can still visit the site where it was located, but don’t expect to be able to order any food. In its place is an unofficial museum dedicated to the history of McDonald’s. This is thanks to Albert Okura, founder and CEO of the Juan Pollo restaurant chain, who opened the museum after purchasing the property for $135,000 in 1998.

There’s a lot to see both inside and outside the First Original McDonald’s Museum. Before you even walk through the doors you’ll come across the restaurant’s original sign, an Officer Big Mac climb-in jail, multiple Ronald McDonald statues, and more. SB Raceway

National Orange Show Event CenterSatisfy your team’s need for speed at SB Raceway, located less than a 10-minute drive from the National Orange Show Event Center. This indoor go-karting facility is one of San Bernardino’s most popular, and thrilling, attractions. Their go-karts are the real deal, equipped with gas-powered Honda motors and capable of reaching speeds of up to 40 miles per hour.

You’ll be happy to hear that they take safety just as seriously as they take speed at SB Raceway. Before they can put the pedal to the metal, younger drivers must be briefed on techniques they need to know in order to drive more safely. For added precaution, the staff at SB Raceway can remotely control the speed of each cart in case things get too fast and furious. If you have a day of downtime during your stay in San Bernardino, one of the best places to spend it is at Fiesta Village Family Fun Park. In addition to being around since 1974, Fiesta Village Family Fun Park has been named the “Best Place for Kids to Have Fun” by The San Bernardino Sun for more than 10 years in a row.

They’ve got something fun for everyone at Fiesta Village Family Fun Park, from go-karts and mini golf to water rides and laser tag. Other attractions include amusement park rides, an arcade, batting cages, and a roller rink. Glen Helen Regional Park

Spend some time with your team in the great outdoors in Glen Helen Regional Park. This expansive, 1,340-acre park is located over 13 miles from the National Orange Show Event Center, but it’s well worth the drive. Because Glen Helen Regional Park is adjacent to the Cajon Pass, it offers stunning scenic views of the San Bernardino and San Gabriel Mountains.

There are a variety of things you and your team could do during your visit to Glen Helen Regional Park, such as hiking, playing games, or having a picnic. They’ve got a variety of burgers on the menu at P&G Burgers, but their specialty is the pastrami cheeseburger. In addition to a quarter-pound burger and typical toppings like lettuce and tomato, this mountain of meat is piled high with savory pastrami, tender grilled onions, and Swiss cheese.
