Cameron Park Zoo
This one’s a must-see while you’re in Waco. Cameron Park Zoo has 14 exhibits including African Savanna, Asian Forest, and White Rhinoceros Habitat. Each habitat will captivate you with its array of animals.
The zoo divides its animals into five classes. Notable mammals you will want to see are jaguars, Sumatran tigers, African lions and elephants, and reticulated giraffes. The reptiles are another class you can expect to see at Cameron Park Zoo. King cobras, Galapagos tortoises, and others will keep you interested for quite a while. Besides these two classes, the zoo also has a large variety of birds, amphibians, and fish.

Mayborn Museum
A hands-on science and history museum tends to be a hit with kids of all ages. Mayborn Museum is a science and history museum affiliated with Baylor University. Your team will explore a multitude of exhibits utilizing magnets, light, and other fascinating topics.
One of the most well-known exhibits is the Waco Mammoth National Monument which displays casts of mammoth bones found in Waco that date back 68,000 years ago!
The museum’s Jeanes Discovery Center allows your team to study both vertebrates and invertebrates, and even have some fun with water and bubbles.

Skate World
Skate World is all about good times and kid-friendly fun. For a cheap price, your team can enjoy a few hours at Skate World.
If you surmised from its name that Skate World has something to do with skating, you’d be correct. There is a roller skating rink and skate rentals available for a low price. Assistance is even provided for first time skaters.

Then, your tour guide will show you the locker rooms. Finally, they will take you on the field itself where the Baylor football team plays! Waco Escape Room is a way to spend an afternoon if you and your team are new to escape rooms.
